Kelly Garry Burks, RN, MBA
Kelly Garry Burks is a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of experience successfully managing large and complex programs for private and government organizations. She is effective in establishing working relationships with teaming partners as well as consultants and has a highly regarded reputation for fair and balanced agreements. Ms. Burks has earned the respect from her colleagues and customers for her integrity and commitment to delivering outstanding services and products—a standard that is reverberated throughout MSCG. Ms. Burks has built a company founded on traditional principles of being responsive and flexible to meet the needs of all MSCG's customers.
Ramonda Davis
Ramonda Davis has dual Master degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Management of Nonprofits and Associations. She has over 12 years of experience in logistics processing, Meeting and Conference Management for federal government projects. She is knowledgeable in the latest Federal Travel Regulations, compensation, and reimbursement policies. Ms. Davis' technical expertise enables her to develop innovative and cost-cutting strategies to replace paper-based processes with technology-based solutions. Prior to joining MSCG in 2004, she coordinated national conferences for the National Alliance for Model State Drug Laws. Currently for MSCG, Ms. Davis is an accomplished Conference & Logistics Manager who provides strategies, tools, training, and resources across all our contracts.
Sheri Hughes
Sheri Hughes is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has 20 years of experience in Public Health Care programs within the Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to joining MSCG in 2004, she was a federal Project Officer responsible for managing multi-million dollar contracts for Training and Technical Assistance to grant-funded organizations. Her public health care expertise includes managing programs with the Community and Migrant Health Centers and National Health Service Corps. Ms. Hughes has successfully developed training programs for onsite review protocols for a national pool of consultants, and she implemented and monitored performance-based services. Currently, Ms. Hughes serves as MSCG's Director of Operations.
Ramana Kariveda
Ramana Kariveda holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and maintains certifications in several computer applications and programs. He has over 15 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of Internet and Intranet applications, Web-based software, database development, and client/server applications. His expertise includes complete systems development lifecycle employing the latest evidenced-based models. Prior to joining MSCG in 2001, he was a senior developer/programmer for several private organizations. Currently, Mr. Kariveda is the Corporate IT Solutions Director where he is responsible for developing and implementing the policies, procedures, and quality control protocols for Technology-based Solutions for MSCG's clients.
Cynthia Prorok
Cynthia Prorok has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics and Public Administration and 32 years of experience in comprehensive Financial Management Services, which include assessing financial conditions, projecting the fiscal impact of policy decisions, and providing Technical Assistance and Training on sound fiscal management practices. Ms. Prorok has supported community-based health and social services programs, criminal justice programs, governmental programs, tribal communities, public and private insurance systems, and other payers of health and social services. She participated in national research projects that involved cost studies for treatment providers in the Wrap-Around Services Impact Study, which included development of a methodology for identifying individual client costs for use in cost effectiveness analyses. Currently for MSCG, Ms. Prorok provides training and technical assistance on financial analysis, management, and sustainability of programs to federal, state, and local government entities, tribal communities, and nonprofit organizations.
Juanita Walker
Juanita Walker joined MSCG in 2011 after serving six years as the company's business development consultant. She has a Master's degree in Psychology and 32 years of experience in federal government contracting and procurement practices. Ms. Walker has managed large and complex programs for defense and civilian contracts for business management and IT support services. She has expertly guided small as well as multi-billion dollar companies to develop and manage new business in the federal government marketplace. Ms. Walker is also an accomplished Writer, trainer, and presenter for high-profile and national initiatives. Currently for MSCG, she serves as the company's Director of Business Development.
