MSCG supports the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) in the U.S. Department of Agriculture by processing all pending and incoming conflict complaints, as well as conducting Equal Employment Counseling, investigations of EEO complaints, final agency decisions and providing alternative dispute resolution services with our team of certified EEO mediators and litigators.
