Department of Energy Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board
MSCG is responsible for providing the following services and products to DNFSB:

• Annual EEO Training to the Board
• EEO Counseling
• Facilitation
• Agency Initiated Internal Investigations (Administrative Inquiries)
• Updating and revising their EEO Policy and Standard Operating Procedures

MSCG works with the DNFSB Human Resources Director and proposes monthly topic(s) for special emphasis programs. Topics focus on diversity awareness and education of different cultures, ethnicities, and special populations, and often align with months set aside for national recognition and special emphasis of diversity. To date, MSCG developed presentations for the following emphasis programs: 1) Civil Rights/MLK Day; 2) Women’s History Month; 3) Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month,4) LGBTQ Pride Month; and 5) Breast Cancer Awareness.
